I spent several years in the title insurance industry and worked closely with members of the local real estate community. The transition to agency owner has allowed me to continue to assist our clients with all of their insurance needs. I specialize in the specific individual insurance need of each client and value the trust our clients place with our agency. My family has been Murrieta residents for over 20 years and enjoy participating in equine events, skiing, and traveling.

I have been in the insurance industry since 2005 and professionally Licensed on the property and casualty side in 2006. I have extensive experience in both Commercial and Personal Lines, allowing me to have a greater understanding of my customer’s needs. My goal is to build long lasting relationships with my customers while offering friendly, knowledgeable service. My core values include Honesty and integrity and I take pride in serving you as my customer.

As an avid Equestrian and ranch owner, I offer knowledge and understanding of our Livestock and Farm/Ranch products. My Husband and I enjoy traveling, competing in equine events throughout the country on our cow horses, and riding our off road vehicles in the desert.

I began my journey in the insurance industry in 2012, and my main goal has always been to take good care of customers. I enjoy talking to people and most of all helping them. My experience is in customer service which really helps me understand and communicate with customers and help them meet their insurance needs. One of the goals at Winchester & Associates is making sure customers are well taken care off.

I’m very happy that Winchester has welcomed me to their home because they care for every person like family. I am looking forward to gaining more knowledge from all the greatly experienced agents and continuing my journey in the insurance industry.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My family includes a 3 year old girl, a 1 year old boy, and my fiancé. We are active with our children, taking them places so they learn and experience new things. Having kids has allowed me to better understand how parents can meet their insurance needs in a way that better protects their family and assets, which are the most important things.

I began my insurance career in 2000 with Allstate Insurance as a customer service representative. I enjoyed the insurance field so much I decided to get my license and in 2002 I became a licensed agent. In 2007 I left the exclusive market to begin a new adventure into the broker side of insurance and I soon realized that I could help so many more people because of the broad market now available. I found my new home at Winchester Insurance in 2015 and look forward to helping all of our clients realize the importance of insurance with a friendly knowledgeable approach.

My name is Donna Smith I was born in San Diego and recently relocated to Riverside county.

I have been in the insurance industry for 30 years and really enjoy helping clients with their insurance needs.

I am currently an officer in the American Legion Auxiliary. Founded in 1919, the American Legion Auxiliary is the world’s largest women’s patriotic service organizations.

The American Legion Auxiliary mission to serve veterans, the military and their families is carried out through its hundreds of outreach programs delivered by its members, volunteers and National headquarters.

I have been married for 25 years. I have 3 children, ages 30, 22 and 17. My daughters and I have been active equestrians for over 15 years. My family also enjoys camping, fishing, surfing and hiking. I have been a licensed insurance agent for two years. I have also been a licensed general contractor for 23 years. My background in construction, along with my years of home, boat, RV and horse ownership have been a definite plus for my insurance work.

I started in consumer sales in 1992 and worked in the real estate and lending industry for over 22 years as a mortgage and real estate broker, developer, and investor. I have been licensed by the California Department of Insurance as a health and life agent since 2014. I enjoy working with clients one on one and helping them accomplish their insurance goals. In 1992, I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Business Administration. I reside in Corona, CA with my wife of 18 years and three wonderful kids. My community activities include serving as the Eleanor Roosevelt High School Baseball Booster President.
